In Cake Decorating Level 1 you will learn how to stack , crumb coat and flat ice a cake. You'll also learn about texturing buttercream and basic piping skills from a professional baker. This is level 1 of 3 and it is best if you take them in order.

All tools and materials will be provided for use during class and you'll take home your very own masterpiece.

We'll have lights snacks, sweets, water and iced tea
